The hotel had a good and absolutely perfect location near Masjid at tahiyah. The staff were super friendly every time I dealt with them. The beds were big, the room was neat with wifi.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food options available.

Bfast was not a big spread but the room was fabulously clean. Checking-in was super fast and the front-desk was well prepared for our arrival.

The hotel is too new that many items were still at the teething stage. eg my safebox...was accidentally locked but nothing could be done so the safebox had to be removed from the room.

The breakfast selection was exceptionally good with verity of goods. I loved the room on level 33, the bed was nice.

Room had an awesome view, and the bed was super comfy! 😍

Evry thing First the location is very very very dairty and the bad smil in all places inside hotel and out Sid the hptel U can't walke 10 meater infrant of the hotel and u well find allote of insictinsid the room and bad smil i think the hotel desarve 3 stars or lesthan three How came it 5 stars i dont know how did they get it

Internet was free of charge but not fast

- Hotel room was dirty, noisy, windows were shaking, bathroom looks like a 1 star hotel. Towels were dirty and looked grey colored instead of white. Internet was speed was very slow. Staff not professional. We found a piece of wood in the food. We ordered fruit plate from room service but every time the size and amount was less than before. The location is in the middle of bad area with no walking or shopping around.

During our stay, we were impressed by the warm and professional service of the hotel staff. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel until we arrived in our room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the food was always replenished. The dining room had a pleasant atmosphere and the waitstaff, like Windy, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's large chain reputation was upheld with the staff's excellent service.
